Sellers are not
permitted to offer or solicit services on the NWMarketplace site that
are illegal, sexual in nature or that violate NWMarketplace’s
User
Agreement.
Violations of this
policy may result in a range of actions, including:
Listing or Want It
Now post cancellation
Forfeiture of
NWMarketplace fees on cancelled listings
Limits on account
privileges
Account suspension

Prohibited Service Offerings
A listing offering
a “virtual” relationship
A listing offering
a massage or other service requiring physical contact
Any service that
offers, suggests, or in any way conveys an intimate service contact,
including dates, escorts or other such services
NWMarketplace alone
will exercise its judgment in deciding which listings are not
permissible
