items that are primarily intended or designed for use in
manufacturing, concealing or using a controlled substance.
Violations of this
policy may result in a range of actions, including:

(including any substance included in Schedules I, II, III, IV or V
of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.)
Gamma

Methylenedioxymethamphetamine
(ecstasy)
Ephedra containing
products. Any Ephedra-free item must state that this is the case.
Photographs within the listing must also clearly show that the item
is Ephedra-free.
Drug
paraphernalia examples (banned):
Pipes made from
metal, wood (except briar), acrylic, glass, stone, plastic, or
ceramic.
Water pipes,
chamber pipes, carburetor pipes, electric pipes, ice pipes, bongs,
chillums.
Pipes used to smoke
peyote or opium, whether new or antique.
Wired cigarette
papers
Drug

Products
traditionally intended for use with tobacco products, including
hookah pipes and pipes made from briar, clay, corncob, meerschaum or
similar materials.
